production sites reflect this. They are symbols of an all-encompassing relationship with employees

important for us, and education of children of our employees is a priority. This is why our
townships have schools, sports facilities, plenty of common entertainment areas, and are always
clean and very green. We care for the environment and our buildings are environment friendly – in
the lay out style, energy efficiency, and sometimes constructed out of recycled materials such as
flyash bricks.
