Youth form a significant part of country’s population and the company is
channelising their energy and directing it towards development of communities.
The company encourages sports persons, both men and
women, in its domain. In order to encourage sports, sports gear is provided to the local youth,
playgrounds are maintained, sponsorship is given to the sportspersons to compete in national and
international levels.
It also collaborates with various village level
youth clubs in organising various sports and cultural events throughout the year to identify and
nurture exceptional talent and foster stronger community bonding. Sports like cricket, kabaddi,
volleyball is encouraged with coaching facilities for nurturing young talent and assisting in
formation of youth sports / cultural clubs. Beside sports, the company also promotes local
cultures and traditions actively.
